Lida
Female Bottlenose Dolphin
Arrived at Marineland in 2001.
Located at the King Waldorf Stadium.

Lida is darker than the other dolphins along her back, and she is much stockier. Her beak is quite a bit shorter than the others’. Behind each eye, she has white half-circles ‘moon’ marks. The black line on her face goes from the front of her melon to on top of the eye. Then it starts again above her mouth, underneath the other line, and reaches back under her eye to on top of her pectoral flipper. This is more noticeable on her left side, and is a little bit faded on her right. There is also a lighter line directly on top of the darker line. Her dorsal fin tilts to the left and has a white spot on it on the left side.

Echo and Lida spend a lot of their time together, the two are very close and do look quite similar to the average Joe. If Echo is performing, the odds are that Lida is too (and vice-versa), as they are rarely separated.
